Dry Verge -Tile Protection Cap

Providing a simple solution to reduce the risk of damage caused by wind and water penetration to your roof timbers. Its neat, interlocking design provides a consistent appearance, requiring no maintenance, eliminating all the problems associated with Mortar decay. Professionally installed in a matter of hours, providing years of protection to your roof timbers.

Tiling battens are extended to 20mm beyond gable wall and a Batten End Clip nailed to the end of every batten. An Eaves Closure is nailed into the end of the fascia board. The first Dry Verge Unit is slid over the Eaves Closure and bottom tile, then nailed into the batten end through the Batten End Clip. As successive verge tiles are laid, a Dry Verge Unit is engaged with the one below and nailed into position. A Ridge Closure is inserted into the last unit, interlocking the combs of each verge at the apex. The Ridge End Cap can then be fitted with screw through on to the ridge batten.
Available in a range of colours to blend with rest of the roof. Completely weatherproof and maintenance free.
